【重要公告】2026 Wave Trail 台南安平｜賽事取消暨退費說明
各位親愛的 Wave Makers，您好：
受颱風及海象影響，為確保所有選手、工作人員及救援人員的安全，原訂於 2026 年 7 月 12 日 舉行的 2026 Wave Trail 台南安平 賽事，經大會審慎評估後，決定取消舉辦。
我們知道，許多選手早已開始訓練、安排行程，滿心期待站上這次的起點。正因如此，做出取消賽事的決定，我們比任何人都更加不捨。
雖然無法如期相聚，但所有人的安全始終是我們最重要的考量。謝謝每一位 Wave Maker 的理解與支持，也向每一位認真備賽的你，致上最深的歉意。
🌊 參賽物資與退費說明
所有參賽選手皆可獲得完整參賽物資，包括：
- 專屬紀念衣
- 大會泳帽
- 紀念運動毛巾
- 大會衣保袋
- 完賽獎牌
- 充氣浮球
依據賽前公告之天候取消辦法，大會將酌收 新臺幣 1,200 元（物資及行政成本），其餘報名費將全額退還。
🌊 【重要】退費登記
為保障參賽者權益，並避免非參賽者誤填或冒用資料，退費登記表不對外公開，僅寄送至您報名時填寫的電子信箱。
請務必留意收信，並於 2026 年 8 月 16 日（日）23:59:59 前完成填寫。
若未收到信件，請先確認垃圾郵件／垃圾信匣；如仍未收到，請來信 support@chengwave.com，或私訊 Wave Trail IG / Facebook，我們將盡快協助補寄。
退款將於資料確認完成後，約 7～14 個工作天 內依序辦理；參賽物資也將依作業進度陸續寄出。

【Important Notice】2026 Wave Trail Tainan Anping | Race Cancellation & Refund Information
Dear Wave Makers,
Due to the approaching typhoon and unfavorable sea conditions, and to ensure the safety of all participants, staff, and rescue personnel, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2026 Wave Trail Tainan Anping, originally scheduled for July 12, 2026.
We know many of you have spent weeks training, making travel plans, and looking forward to standing on the starting line. That’s exactly why this decision is especially difficult for us.
Although we won’t be able to gather as planned, the safety of everyone involved will always be our top priority. Thank you for your understanding and support, and we sincerely apologize to every Wave Maker who has worked so hard to prepare for this event.
🌊 Race Pack & Refund Information
All registered participants will receive their complete race pack, including:
- Official commemorative event shirt
- Official swim cap
- Commemorative sports towel
- Gear bag
- Finisher medal
- Inflatable safety buoy
In accordance with our previously announced cancellation policy, NT$1,200 will be retained to cover race pack and administrative costs. The remaining registration fee will be refunded in full.
To protect participants’ information and prevent unauthorized submissions, the refund registration form will not be made public. It has been sent only to the email address used during registration.
Please complete the refund registration form by 11:59:59 PM on August 16, 2026.
If you have not received the email, kindly check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at support@chengwave.com or send us a message on the Wave Trail Instagram or Facebook page, and we’ll resend it to you as soon as possible.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7–14 business days after your information has been verified. Race packs will be shipped separately according to our fulfillment schedule.

1. 賽事什麼時候舉行？報名時間到什麼時候？
賽事將於 2026 年 7 月 12 日（日）舉行，報名期間為 2026 年 3 月 16 日至 5 月 10 日。
2. 活動地點在哪裡？
臺南市安平區漁濱路–觀夕平台
3. 本場賽事有哪些組別？
本場賽事共設有四個組別：兒童組 1 公里、親子休閒組 1 公里、挑戰組 3 公里、菁英組 5 公里。
4. 各組的參賽資格是什麼？
兒童組分為 6–8 歲組與 9–10 歲組；挑戰組為 11 歲以上；菁英組不限年齡；親子休閒組不分年齡。未滿 18 歲參賽者須完成家長同意程序，兒童組須由家長全程岸上陪同。
5. 親子休閒組一定要親子一起參加嗎？
不一定。親子休閒組可由親子共同參加，也可個人報名參加，本組以體驗為主，不計名次。
為維護活動安全與保險權益，所有下水參與者皆須個別完成報名與資料填寫，不得共用報名資格。
6. 比賽前一天可以先報到嗎？比賽當天幾點開始？
可以。賽事前一日 2026 年 7 月 11 日（六）15:00–18:00 開放報到；比賽當天 06:30 起開放報到，選手可依自身情況選擇報到時間。各組出發時間依大會公告與現場流程為準。
7. 比賽一定要佩戴哪些裝備？
所有組別選手皆須佩戴大會指定泳帽；除菁英組外，需配備魚雷浮標或充氣浮球（跟屁蟲）。不符規定者，大會有權取消其參賽資格。
8. 可以使用蛙鞋、手蹼、呼吸管或耳機嗎？
不可以。比賽全程禁止使用蛙鞋、手蹼、呼吸管等輔助裝備，也不得佩戴耳機或播放音樂裝置。
9. 本場賽事怎麼計時？如果晶片遺失怎麼辦？
本賽事採晶片計時，晶片須依規定配戴。若因晶片遺失、未正確配戴或未完成感應而無法判讀成績，將可能喪失成績與得獎資格；晶片遺失者須支付新台幣 3,000 元賠償費用。
10. 比賽途中如果不舒服或需要救援，該怎麼做？
如需短暫休息，可抓住大會設置之浮標、繩索或靠岸休息；如需救援，請立即停止游泳並單手高舉泳帽揮動，救生人員將前往協助。
11. 如果臨時無法參賽，可以退費嗎？
可以。2026 年 4 月 15 日（含）前取消報名，退還報名費 80%；2026 年 4 月 30 日（含）前取消報名，退還報名費 50%；2026 年 5 月 1 日（含）後不再受理退費。
